Thematic pile-up
Three sentences restating "it worked" without new evidence.
How to clean it up
- Paste the draft and review flagged pairs
- Keep intentional echo (emphasis, legal warnings); cut accidental restates
- Merge into one stronger sentence, or drop the weaker line
- Vary openings if the structure is what feels flat
Before: "This study shows the method works. The research shows our approach is effective. The results prove the method works well."
After: "This study shows the method works, with clear gains over the baseline."
