How to Use Caps To Lowercase
This tutorial will guide you through using Caps To Lowercase to easily convert your text between different case formats.
Step 1: Enter Your Text
Start by entering or pasting your text in the input box on the left side of the screen. You can enter any amount of text, from a single word to multiple paragraphs.
As you type, you'll see the character and word count update automatically below the input box.
Step 2: Choose Your Conversion Option
Select the type of case conversion you want to apply:
- Sentence case: Capitalizes the first letter of each sentence and converts the rest to lowercase. Also converts standalone "i" to "I".
- Lowercase: Converts all text to lowercase.
Step 3: View Your Converted Text
The converted text appears instantly in the output box on the right. The conversion happens in real-time as you type or change the conversion option.
Step 4: Copy Your Result
Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button below the output box to copy the converted text. You can then paste it anywhere you need.
A confirmation message will appear when the text has been successfully copied to your clipboard.
Additional Features
Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark mode by clicking the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of the page. Your preference will be saved for future visits.
Conversion History
View your recent conversions by expanding the "Conversion History" accordion below the output box. This feature helps you keep track of your previous transformations.
You can clear your conversion history by clicking the "Clear History" button within the history panel.
